Now, we're building a high-performance team in Vietnam and need someone with enthusiasm for paid media who's hungry to grow alongside us while helping our clients acquire customers at scale. This is where you come in.

📝 What You’ll Do

As our Junior Media Buyer, you'll work directly with our senior specialists as their "extra hands," learning and executing high-performing paid campaigns primarily on Facebook and Instagram, with potential expansion to other platforms. This is a growth-focused role where you'll develop rapidly through hands-on experience and 1-on-1 mentorship.

Think of it as an accelerated learning opportunity where you're not just spending ad budgets, but directly contributing to offline brands' online success while building valuable expertise.

Campaign Management

• Assist in setting up and managing paid social campaigns (primarily Facebook & Instagram)

• Help monitor and report on campaign performance metrics

• Learn to optimize campaigns for improved results

• Contribute to weekly performance reports with guidance from senior team members

• Gain hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager

Learning & Development

• Shadow experienced media buyers to understand strategic decision-making

• Develop familiarity with audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation

• Build knowledge of digital marketing metrics and what drives actual business results

• Stay curious about platform updates, industry trends, and best practices

• Gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to implement campaigns

• Document processes and campaign insights

• Participate in team brainstorming and planning sessions

• Communicate effectively about campaign status and learnings

• Support the overall success of client accounts

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid social media (especially Facebook)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to figure things out

• Good English communication skills (written & spoken)

• Ability to take feedback positively and apply it to your work
